Diane Sauce by Manu
An oldie but a goodie! My version of the true classic Diane sauce. First created in France in the early 1900’s, rebirthed in the 30’s in London and New York then landed in Australia in the 40’s.
Made with onions, mushrooms, garlic, beef stock, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, cream & parsley.

Beef Stock [Australian beef bones & meat (50%), Cream, water, onions, carrots, celery, onion paste, tomato paste, herbs and spices], Pasteurised Cream (contain milk, 35% milk fat), Water, Onion, Mushroom, Worcestershire Sauce (Water, Molasses, Food Acid (260), Sugar, Salt, Colour (150c), Flavours, Fish Powder (Anchovy), Mustard Paste, Tapioca Starch, Canola Oil, Unsalted butter (contain milk), Parsley, Garlic, Salt, Black Pepper.

Storage conditions:
Keep refrigerated, store at or below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 3 days.
Once opened use within 5 days.

Sealed: 180 days from manufacture date
Opened: 3 days from opening

STOVE TOP HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Tear or cut open pouch. Pour contents of pack into a small saucepan and place over medium heat.
2. Bring to the boil, reduce heat to simmer for 1-2 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
3. Pour over your perfectly cooked piece of beef or protein of your choice.
MICROWAVE HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Tear or cut open pouch. To microwave in the pouch, ensure that the base of the pouch has no kinks to avoid spillage.
2. Alternatively, pour contents of pouch into a 250ml capacity microwave-safe jog or bowl.
3. Microwave on high (1000w) for 90 seconds, stirring after 1 minute.
3. Pour over your perfectly cooked piece of beef or protein of your choice.
