French Steak Sauce by Manu
A delicious classic French red wine sauce, traditionally named bordelaise after the Bordeaux region in France.
The sauce is made with great quality red wine, beef glace, onion and finished with French aromats.

Storage conditions:
Keep refrigerated, store at or below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 3 days.

STOVE TOP HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Tear or cut open pouch. Pour contents of pack into a small saucepan and place over medium heat.
2. Bring to the boil, reduce heat to simmer for 1-2 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
3. Pour over your perfectly cooked piece of beef or protein of your choice.
MICROWAVE HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Tear or cut open pouch. To microwave in the pouch, ensure that the base of the pouch has no kinks to avoid spillage.
2. Alternatively, pour contents of pouch into a 250ml capacity microwave-safe jog or bowl.
3. Microwave on high (1000w) for 90 seconds, stirring after 1 minute.
3. Pour over your perfectly cooked piece of beef or protein of your choice.
